CNC Machining Questions

What tolerances can you hold?
Our standard is ISO 2768-medium (±0.1 mm). We routinely hold ±0.025 mm and can achieve down to ±0.005 mm on critical features. Add a drawing (PDF/DWG) with GD&T callouts so we quote the correct inspection level.
What file formats do you accept?
Upload 3D models as STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, X_T, SLDPRT or STL, plus a 2D drawing (PDF, DWG or DXF) for toleranced features and finishes. STEP + a dimensioned PDF is the ideal combination.
What is the typical lead time?
Prototypes ship in 3–5 business days; production quantities in 7–15 days depending on material, finishing and volume. Expedited options are available — flag urgent projects when you request a quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ. We machine single prototypes as well as production runs up to 100,000+ pieces, with per-part pricing that improves at higher volumes.
Do you provide inspection reports?
Yes. Every order includes dimensional verification. On request we supply full first-article (FAI / AS9102) reports, CMM data, and material & RoHS/REACH certificates.
